Covid Policy

We are delighted that having been placed into Tier Two we are able to open our doors and welcome our customers to our premises again for design appointments, fittings and collections subject to tier restrictions on travelling.


If you are planning on visiting us at any point from 2nd December please take a few minutes to have a read through some of the precautions we are taking and need to be adhered to. Please note these are not optional and are there for everyone’s health and safety and to enable us to maintain a Covid Secure Environment.


  • If you live, work, or have recently visited a tier three area I am afraid that we are not able to arrange an appointment for you at this time.


  • If have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid or is self isolating due to contact we ask that you re-arrange your appointment.

 

  • If you are feeling unwell, displaying any symptoms, are waiting for the results of a test or have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms we ask that you re-schedule your appointment for a later date.


  • We respectfully ask that you do not attend if you have travelled abroad in the last two weeks.


  • There is hand sanitiser at entry point. Please use this on arrival and exit.


  • Remain 2 meters apart where possible.


  • Face masks/coverings are mandatory unless exempt for medical reasons and we kindly ask that these are worn at all times whilst in our studio. Customers are welcome to bring their own, alternatively we have disposable ones available. Any member of staff who is conducting the appointment will also wear a mask.


  • There is a bin located at our entrance point and we ask that any tissues, masks, gloves or rubbish is placed in this bin only.


  • We ask that only those people necessary for the appointment attend the appointment, and that any persons who are not required for the appointment kindly wait in the car. Customers who are bringing a minor may accompany them throughout.


  • *During your appointment we ask that you touch as few surfaces and items as possible.


  • Some of our appointments are running back to back and whilst we hope we have left enough time between to carry out any cleaning required we ask that you are patient if there is a delay in starting your appointment. For this reason please be understanding if we are running behind.


  • Full cleaning will be carried out after every appointment and on a regular basis.
